What are the free delivery options?
Firstly, all of our delivery options are completely free! When you add to cart the hamper of your choice, you can choose which day you would like to send it to an address within the United Kingdom.
How long does delivery take?
Every order is sent with Parcel Force with Next-Day AM delivery to ensure it arrives on the day of your choice. Simply, add to cart and choose your specified day for the hamper to be delivered on.
Can I choose a specific day for it to be delivered on?
Once you have chosen the hamper you wish to order, simply add to cart and you can select the delivery date on the cart before checking out.
When is the cut-off time for delivery tomorrow?
We have a daily cut off time of 12.30pm.

Out of the hundreds of online options for fresh fruit hampers, Boyd Hampers picks the fruit from our local greengrocer market each morning before carefully packing them for dispatch. Unlike other online stores, we prefer sourcing the freshest produce for each hamper order.
Can I get my hamper personalised?
Yes, you can. On each hamper you will see the option to add a complimentary handwritten card for the recipient to receive.
Is it actually fresh fruit in the hampers?
Each morning prior to picking and packing each hamper order for dispatch, we make our way down to the local fruit market to handpick the freshest fruit and veg.
Is it safe to send fruit in the post?
Of course, we package your order extremely safely to ensure the safe transit. Next-Day delivery is the safest and fastest way to send perishable foods.
What happens if the recipient misses the delivery?
Unfortunately, our delivery courier will not leave the parcel without confirmation of delivery. It is not our responsibility nor will we be held accountable for any damages or loss of goods if the recipient is not at home.
What if I have delivered to the wrong address?
On the tracking number and confirmation page from the courier you can re-deliver or organise a different address. We are not liable for any damage or loss if you provide the wrong address for the recipient as we only deliver to the exact address you provide upon purchasing.

Delivery is FREE on all orders worldwide!
When can I expect to receive my order?
Once your order has been received, it will be fulfilled within 48 hours in preparation for shipment. Fresh fruit hamper orders are fulfilled and delivered for next-day Monday-Friday.
Customers from Canada, United States, and the United Kingdom can expect to receive their items 5-10 days from purchase. Fresh fruit hampers are only delivered to the United Kingdom.
Customers outside of the above mentioned countries can expect to receive their orders 6-11 days from purchase.
Delivery to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Boyd Hampers does ship to P.O boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Boyd Hampers is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after delivery are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). This is extremely rare however due to the delivery methods we use for orders.
Boyd Hampers does offer international delivery except on certain products. Normal delivery times are 3-7 days, but it can take up to 12 days in rare cases due to Covid-19.
Refunds & Exchanges
TO APPEAL OR SUBMIT FOR A REFUND APPEAL, PLEASE CONTACT US.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. But, get in touch with us we will try and sort an agreement!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back before contacting us first.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error we cannot honour a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us and we will make arrangements asap.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Where to send my returns?
Please get in touch with us so we can confirm your refund and provide the address for your refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item. Delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return delivery will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are delivery an item over £40, you should consider using a trackable delivery service or purchasing delivery insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
