Unlike our competitors - we don't hold stock of fruit. We take time to handpick fresh fruit every morning for each order from local fruit merchants to ensure the fruit is at its ripest and arrives looking as good as the photos!

In rare times this happens, we will always use the best match, and it will always be of equal or higher value!
In the rare case that no suitable substitution exists we will make contact with you to find an alternative solution.
Fresh Food Notice
Fresh Food Notice
Make sure someone is there to accept your fresh food delivery on the scheduled date, as we can't promise it will stay fresh if our courier can't deliver it the first time. Open and refrigerate the food within 2 days from when it was sent to keep it safe to eat.
We do not refund hampers with fresh food that wasn't delivered because no one was home or the address was wrong.
Fresh food is only sent to mainland UK from Tuesday - Friday. No deliveries on Monday or Sunday, and none to the Highlands, Islands, or abroad, because we can't ensure they'll stay chilled during longer transit.
