I felt super safe using the lead and cadmium pan because it guaranteed no flaking.  The diamond-infused ceramic coating made the eggs slide off onto the plate like it was melted butter.  I was very impressed with the heavy-duty base because it spelt out longevity and consistence. 

It did concern me that, while new the non-stick coating gave me perfect eggs, I wondered if it would stand the test of time if exposed to rough utensil use and high heat.
