Every order is sent with Parcel Force with Next-Day AM delivery to ensure it arrives on the day of your choice.

Unfortunately, throughout Covid there has been mishaps with delivery couriers due to increase demand. All of our orders are insured so we can easily re-ship if our courier has made a mistake.
It is insured up to the value of your order. The insurance only covers during delivery transit. Please be careful lifting any parcels into your house as any damage done is not covered by Boyd Hampers or Parcel Force/DHL.

Yes, you can. On each hamper you will see the option to add a complimentary handwritten card for the recipient to receive.
Each morning prior to picking and packing each hamper order for dispatch, we make our way down to the local fruit market to handpick the freshest fruit and veg.
