Do You Offer Free Delivery?

All of our delivery options are completely free if your order is over £50, if your order is below £50, it is a flat £5 next-day delivery fee. When you add to cart the hamper of your choice, you can choose which day you would like to send it to an address within the United Kingdom.

How Can I Track My Order?

If you placed your order online you can track your order by logging in and clicking ‘Tracking’. If you placed your order via our call centre, we will be happy to track your order upon request.

Can I View My Order(s)?

If you placed your order online you can view your order by logging in and clicking ‘My Orders’. If you placed your order via our call centre, please contact us and we will be happy to help with your enquiry.

I've Received a Boyd Hamper – How Do I Know Who Has Sent It?

You will find a personal greeting message (if your sender opted to write one) on the reverse of the clearly labelled ‘A Gift Message For You’ card attached to the cardboard outer.

Can I Add a Gift Message To My Hamper?

You can include a personal gift message of up to 250 characters including spaces (5 lines of 50 characters each) which can be found on the reverse of the clearly labelled ‘A Gift Message For You’ card attached to the cardboard outer.

Can I Place A Large Corporate Order?

Yes. Our hampers are extremely popular at Christmas and all year round as employee incentives, compensation gifts, brand promotions and loyalty scheme gifts.

What Information Do I Need to Place an Order?

We recommend that you have the following information at hand before placing your order:

  • Quantity of each hamper or gift
  • Required delivery dates
  • Full name and address (including postcode) of the recipients
  • The gift message you wish to include in each hamper
  • Your payment card details

Can I Order Over The Phone?

You can order any of our pre-made hampers through our call centre, many of our customers do place their order via our website but we have a friendly sales team ready to take your call and process your order over the phone.

Can I Send You My Order via Email?

If you would like to order any of our pre-made hampers then you can of course email your order to us. Many of our customers, especially our corporate customers send their orders through to us via email.

Can I Send a Hamper Overseas?

We regret that deliveries outside England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland cannot be sent for Christmas 2023, due to changes in legislation following Brexit.

However, we are working to start delivering in Australia, Singapore, USA and Canada in January 2024.

Can I Re-Set My Password?

Yes – please visit the Password Reminder page, enter your email address and click ‘Send Reminder’. A new password will be sent to you and you’ll be able to log in.

What If I Need to Cancel My Order?

We operate a ‘No Quibble’ policy for cancellation to allow you a cooling off period after placing your order. If you would like to cancel your order you can call our sales team and they will be able to action the cancellation.

If the order has already been dispatched, I'm afraid you cannot cancel the order until the goods are returned and not damaged.

Do You Have Any Voucher Codes?

We do! This code changes regularly and is only applicable to use on the Boyd Hampers website. Please signup to our newsletter to get the discount code.
