All gift hampers are delivered with insurance cover. This gift hamper can only be delivered to the United Kingdom. *Cut off for next-day delivery on this item is 1pm.

How much is delivery?

Nominated-date delivery and next-day delivery is free on all orders. Deliveries on a Saturday have a surcharge of £5.

Is the delivery of the hamper insured?

Yes, all orders are covered with delivery insurance.

Where do you deliver to?

We currently only deliver to the United Kingdom. We hope to be delivering to the USA and Europe soon.

Do I need to be present to accept the delivery?

We always advise trying to deliver on a day you or the recipient is present, but in most cases our delivery courier will leave the parcel somewhere safe or an neighbour if you or your recipient isn't in.

Can I include a personalised message with the hamper?

Yes, you can add a free personalised message once you've added the hamper to your basket.

Are invoices or receipts included in the hamper?

No, any invoices or receipts are emailed to whoever purchases the gift hamper.

When will my order be despatched?

Orders placed before 1pm, we despatch the same-day.

How can I track my order once it has been despatched?

Once we have your order ready for despatch, you will receive an email with your tracking number to keep an eye on when it will arrive.

How does the substitution policy work for items that are not available?

We will always use the best match, and it will always be of equal or higher value!
